Hands down the worst Starbucks I've ever been too. The coffee is good. The service is beyond awful, not to mention slow. Couldn't get change or a receipt. And the cashier kept calling me doll, in a weird uncomfortable way. The whole experience was uncomfortable to say the least so much so that I had to write a review. There are a few smaller coffee shops near by, go there instead.

***Great Service*** They always go above and beyond when i go visit this location. If I am not satisfied they will make sure that I'am.

As usual... Excellent service and great tasting coffee. There was a slight communication error in what my wife ordered for which they fixed immediately and were very apologetic for and we were on our way; that's excellent customer service.

I went to Starbucks in Lincoln City as the coffee from the hotel room was just not enough. My husband and I went through the drive thru which was not very quick. I tried to order my drink but the barista said she couldn't understand the passenger. So I had to repeat my drink order for my husband to say, who said this at the exact same volume as myself. When we got to the window they asked if I wanted whipped cream and I said yes, which the barista replied ok there is some on your drink. Needless to say they jipped me on the whipped cream and the coffee was very oily. I'm not sure if that is the coffee or some other ingredient they used? Definitely wouldn't waste my time or money here again!!!!!!!!!!!!

drive through never seems to be busy, although the traffic on 101 is always busy just outside...weird! maybe people on the coast don't need caffeine. whatever. always friendly staff. go here instead of the dirty one inside the Safeway down the street...yikes!

I'm a Starbucks snob. I'm usually at one 1 or 2 times a day so I found myself in Lincoln City. This one has the normal Starbucks stuff but the staff seemed a little unorganized and not moving at the normal Starbucks pace.

It was a Starbucks so that's why I gave it more then one star. The service was horrible at this location and they forgot all about my bagel and just kept helping other people without asking me if I was still waiting for something. When I asked about it the person look annoyed that I asked. Maybe it was just a bad day? Nope went back the next day and it took forever! I even paid with my gold Starbucks card and still got poor service. The building layout is horrible too. If there's more then 2 cars in the drive thru your not parking. They need to move the drive thru window for safety reasons. I would say drive a mile and go to Dutch. It may save you some time.

Absolute worst Starbucks I've been too. Granted the shop was completely packed, but I have no clue why there was 4 girls working drive-thu and one 1 girl working the front counter on Fouth of July weekend Sunday morning. It took me 20 minuets to get one vinilla latte. The one girl working the front was great doing all that work by herself, but shame management for not scheduling more people!

Great customer service! Lady taking our order was so sweet and didn't charge extra for extra pump and Carmel like most Starbucks do. She was energetic and made you feel welcome, Made our day!

Well it is a Starbucks and I do generally like Starbucks. This one has a rather cold and drafty hallway feeling. Works better as a drive through.

Not so friendly services. Cashier didn't acknowledge me, so i had to break the ice and didnt ask for my name. Just a very non happy atmosphere at this Starbucks. Probably first Starbucks I've been to that didnt have happy looking employees

Sucky service and being a bit of a coffee snob and a Starbucks snob in particular, I know when the coffee is made right. Ive never gotten my coffee made right at this Starbucks. Maybe it's time to come under new management? Maybe some new baristas? Cause they let their shots go dead before they use them and it's gross.

Coffee is pretty standard at most Starbucks. But this was the worst service experience at any Starbucks, service was slow, crew seemed disorganized and bistro girl (blond) unfriendly and sarcastic, forgot one of my coffees and said she didn't get the order, hesitatingly made me one even though I showed my receipt. Drinks were both 3/4 full and very watery. Won't return here, wasted money for Mother's Day drink here. Avoid this location.

This place... was... interesting. The drinks themselves were pretty decent, but took FOREVER to get. I think I counted at least 10 drinks that came through before mine did since they were frappuccinos. The girl at the register was odd and kept talking to some dude that had already ordered who was way behind us, but somehow couldn't hear us when we ordered because it was too loud. Um... ok. The lady making the drinks at the bar though, seemed to really enjoy her job (she didn't make ours though) which is pretty refreshing. It's the only Starbucks in town, so I would possibly go back next time I'm in town, but I might try a local place instead.

Starbucks seems to have universally standardized coffee -- which is both a blessing and a curse. Yes -- each individual server can impact the orders they prepare -- but it takes some work to really get too far from the standard. This place was my salvation the first 2 months after I moved here -- Of all the things for the people who packed my move to vanish from my belongings -- my coffee maker was it. I went over 9 weeks with no way to make coffee on my own before giving up and buying a new machine. And being winter -- those were some cold, wet days and nights, let me tell you. Thank goodness Lincoln City has a Starbucks! I could get a strong and consistently good cup of coffee (or, since I usually buy iced coffee drinks at Starbucks, I was collecting plastic 'glasses" rather than cups....) Always fresh. Made in a clean machine. Plenty of milk in the lattes. Plenty of ice to chill the freshly made shots.... And friendly people inside the drive-thru window. Couldn't ask for more. Salvation in a 3-shot latte!
